My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. On the positive side, the rooms were always clean and the breakfast buffet was enjoyable with a variety of options. However, there were several issues like inconsistent hot water in the shower and loud noise from the street at night, which was quite disruptive. Overall, it has its strengths but also many areas needing improvement.

The hotel is situated conveniently close to the main square and various eateries, which made exploring the area super easy. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the morning receptionist, who went out of her way to assist us during our stay. While the room was spacious and clean, I did find the heater situation a bit inconvenient and the lack of a bidet to be a downside. The breakfast was satisfactory, but there's room for improvement in variety. Overall, a good experience but not without its quirks.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Main Square and various local shops and restaurants. The staff, especially Srta Ericka, went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, making us feel truly welcomed. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, but there might be a need for a bit of updating. The breakfast buffet was good, though it could use a few additional options.
